Orders are dispatched in 1-2 days of its placement. The overall delivery time is 5-7 days, pan India. We try to ship orders as soon as we can but this time may vary in exceptional cases because of national holidays, technical issues, etc. Once your order is dispatched you will start receiving regular tracking updates on mail accordingly. Yes! We manufacture all of our products to maintain a standard of quality. Our production unit is in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Most of the raw material is also sourced from Indian manufacturers to promote and support the base of our country.
No, we don't offer COD as a payment option. We have done it in the past and it didn't work for us at all! It is not feasible for us to cover the shipping overheads of unaccepted shipments since we are not a corporate giant but a small home grown business.
We only offer returns/exchanges on the products which were found to be defective/wrongly sent. Contact us on mail at contact@kaldern.com if you have received an incorrect product or if your product has manufacturing defects in 1-2 days of receiving the delivery.
